Adventure Leisure Limited (ALL) takes the confidentiality, safety and security of our customers seriously. Please read the below terms and conditions before making a booking with Mr Mulligans/ALL. Should you have any questions regarding your data or our privacy policy please click here.
Booking
On completion of your booking, the system will automatically send an email confirmation. This must be shown on arrival. Should a confirmation email not be received, please contact the Mr Mulligans team at info@mrmulligan.com to check your booking. To ensure your experience is tip top, the system will automatically send you an email after your visit to allow you to provide feedback, this is not compulsory to complete. Please note that the following venues are strictly 18 & over after 20:45: Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich & Stevenage.
Payment
All payments are now cashless! For all bookings full payment is required online by Debit or Credit Card at the time of booking. (Please note that American Express is not accepted.) Please note that all payments made online are non-refundable.
Vouchers and Promotion Codes
You must enter any vouchers or promotional codes, and ensure the code has been accepted, and price adjusted, before entering your payment details. No credits or refunds can be made in the event your voucher / promotion code is not recognised online. In this event please contact your Mr Mulligans site before making payment.
Gift Vouchers
Any gift vouchers purchased can be claimed at the venue of purchase: Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich, Sidcup, Stevenage, Tonbridge & Worcester. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please note that Milton Keynes Outdoor, Nottingham and Woking do not accept gift vouchers.
On Arrival
All guests that have booked online must check in at reception during the allocated slot and collect the validated scorecard and receipt for the booking. For our Basildon location all guests that have booked online must check in at reception and received their scorecard and receipt, if requested. Guests will be guided to the departure lounge where guests will be advised of their tee time within their booking slot.
Under 18's Policy
Due to licensing requirements all Mr Mulligans Indoor venues are strictly 18 and over after 20:45. This applies to the following venues: Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich, Stevenage & Worcester. We do ask that you bring Photo ID to prove your age if looking to remain in the venue after 20:45.
Please note: due to additional licensing requirements at Mr Mulligans Cheltenham & Mr Mulligans Newcastle any guests under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult between 18:00 and 20:45.
Cancellation
Cancellation should be made by telephone to Mr Mulligan at the location booked. Payment for cancellations made more than 24 hours’ notice will be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or ‘no-shows’ are fully chargeable. Please note that all payments made online are non-refundable.
General Terms
ALL/Mr Mulligans has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in respect of violent, abusive, racist and/or threatening behaviour towards its employees, agents, contractors or other customers. Any incident of such behaviour will be taken seriously and may result in further action being taken. Any individual exercising violent, abusive, racist and/or threatening behaviour will be required to leave the premises and may forfeit the right to return. Wilful damage must mot be caused to the facilities, fixtures or fittings by any customer. If damage is caused by the customer or any guest attending under their booking confirmation, the customer hereby accepts they shall be liable to pay for such damage caused. Each site has the right to request all players under 13 to be accompanied by an adult at all times when visiting the venue.
NPS Feedback
Your feedback is appreciated. By submitting your NPS form you will enter yourself into the month of your form submission's competition to win a game of crazy golf for 4 players for the venue in which you are reviewing. Applicable to all venues except Tonbridge. 1 winner per venue per month. Prize cannot be exchanged for any other product / cash in kind. Booking must be made within 2 months of competition win notification.
Birthday Paries & Group Bookings
All children’s birthday parties must be accompanied by an adult. Mr Mulligans requires one adult per 5 children attending a party. Parties require 100% payment upfront when booked online. All parties are non-refundable.
Photos & Video
ALL recognises the use of handheld devices and gives permission for photographic and recording equipment such as cameras, video cameras and mobile phones to be used. ALL requires that such use is restricted to photographs or recording of only the customer or people in the customer’s party. Photographic and recording equipment such as cameras, video cameras and mobile phones are forbidden to be used under any circumstances in the toilet areas. ALL reserves the right to refuse permission or to withdraw permission of anyone using any photographic recording equipment should the ALL’s Management feel that the safety and wellbeing of its customers has been or would be compromised. Anyone found to be taking photographs or using recording equipment which is considered by ALL to be intrusive or inappropriate will be asked to leave the premises and will be reported to the Police.

Pre-book food promotions
Promotion is only available when booking activities online and promotions are selected online. Offer not available for substitution for other food products. This promotion cannot be substituted for any other product/discount or cash in kind. Pizza promotion is not available at Stevenage. Offer is available for redemption during operating hours of the following venues: Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich, Stevenage & Worcester. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
2 for £14 cocktails
Any two cocktails can be purchased for £14. All cocktails listed on the Mulligans Menu are applicable. Bespoke Cocktails and other alcoholic drinks are not included. This promotion is valid everyday between 5pm and 8pm & all day Wednesday. 2 for £14 cocktails are available all day Thursday for Norwich & Newcastle. 2 for £14 cocktails are available all day friday for Basildon, Birmingham, Bristol, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich, Stevenage and Worcester. This promotion cannot be substituted for any other product/discount or cash in kind. Mulligans reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer at any time. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
NHS / Emergency Services / Armed Forces Discount
ALL offers a 10% discount to online activities booking for holders of Blue Light / Emergency Services / Armed Forces ID holders. Relevant codes must be used when booking online. Blue Light card or relevant NHS / Armed ForcesID is required when checking in for booking or additional charges WILL apply. This promotion is not applicable to party packages and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
Wicked Weekdays
Wicked Weekdays are available in the following locations: Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich and Worcester. All Wicked Weekday offers are available during term time. Offers are not available during school holidays. Discounts are applicable to single person ticket and single games rounds. 50% off games applies to Electr-Darts, Pool & Shuffleboard and is applicable to 1 hour sessions. Select drinks are available per venue and are subject to availability. £4 Pints are applicable to Heineken Silver & Inch's. 2 for 1 Spirits are available on all house Spirits. Please ask venue to confirm which drinks are available. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Date Night.
The Date Night promotion is available at the following venues: Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich, Stevenage and Worcester. Select drinks are available per venue and are subject to availability. Cocktails are excluded from this promotion. Nacho sharers include Nachos Platter & Cheesy Nachos platter. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. Offer is available to book Sunday - Friday. Prices are per couple.
Weekday Special
Weekday special promotion applies to Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Stevenage & Worcester venues only. Ticket is available Monday – Friday between 3pm & 6pm. Promotion is not available during school holidays. Pizza selection is available at all venues except Stevenage. Hot Dogs are available at stevenage. Food is chosen in venue during activity. This promotion is available through online bookings only cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
£25 Family Tickets.
Family fun and sunday savings! Save every Sunday and during select times in school holidays with £25 family tickets when you book 1 game of crazy golf across participating Mulligans venues. Discount is applied to the basket when checking out online. Discount not applicable to other ticket types or products. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
£5 Golf Giveaway
Mulligans will be releasing 1 code per venue which will enable customers to book up to 4 tickets for 1 game of crazy golf for £5. Customers can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets in any booking. Discounts will be offered on a first come first served basis. Once all tickets have been claimed, the promotion will end for that week.
Customers will be able to view the code each week via individual venues social media pages. Codes will be released each week and will be valid for bookings made on, or before 17/07/24. Codes are applicable for 1 game bookings. Codes are not applicable for 2 game bookings or for alternate activities.
This promotion is available at the following venues: Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cheltenham, Milton Keynes Indoor, Newcastle, Norwich, Stevenage, Worcester. Unlimited Crazy Golf Pass
Membership available at Birmingham and M<ilton Keynes Indoor locations only.
Membership available to purchase by a per person basis.
Membership is activated for 2 months from date of purchase.
Customer is entitled to unlimited crazy golf when booking online with their membership number for the duration of their membership.
Membership passes cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred between individuals. Should Adventure Leisure / Mulligans discover membership has been transferred we reserve the right to cancel the pass without refund.
Membership number is required upon check in.
To claim activity discounts, you will receive an automated email with your unique discount code for online bookings or simply show your code in venue to book additional activities.
To claim food discounts simply show your membership number at the till and discount will be applied.
50% Off Return Visit.
50% off discount will be issued to customers who book any mulligans activity between 17/07/24 and 01/09/24. Discount code will be issued within 24 hours of visit date to lead bookers email address. 50% discount applies to crazy golf products only. Discount code will be valid for two months following the date of email send. Discount cannot be used with any other promotions. Discount code applicable to online bookings only.
